Oversee complete project controls framework and team management
Develop and maintain master construction schedules using Primavera P6
Manage cost control processes, budgets, and financial forecasting
Lead earned value management (EVM) implementation and reporting
Prepare executive-level dashboards and progress reports
Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and client stakeholders
Manage change control processes and impact assessments
Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to project KPIs and critical milestones
Support procurement and contract administration activities
Lead project controls team (2-4 coordinators/analysts)
:
7+ years project controls experience in major construction/infrastructure
Proven leadership managing project controls teams
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI
Strong background in data center or mission-critical facility projects
Experience with EVM methodologies and cost management systems
Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC) and commercial management
Professional qualifications (AACE, PMI, APM) preferred
Data center construction knowledge and industry standards
Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Fluent English; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
Advanced Excel/financial modeling capabilities
