Each and every one of us can contribute to improving the lives of millions of people.Do you want to know why Roche is THE place to work?We are looking for a Payroll, Time, Benefits Specialist for a 12 months contract in order to support the existing team in Belgium.In this role you are responsible for executing HR system data maintenance and administrative activities in a timely and accurate manner in support of People & Culture (P&C) business processes, in the area of payroll, tax, social security, time, several local and global benefits etc.You are also contributing to the continuous improvement of the Pay, Time & Benefits (PTB) area delivery through analysis of the interactions and collaboration with other P&C functions. You need a broad understanding across local HR processes and tools, as well as local and global downstream impacts on employee lifecycle management, finance, procurement, IT, etc. This is coupled with strong customer focus, communication skills and solution orientation.Your responsibilitiesYou will execute system data maintenance and administrative activities in the area of payroll, tax, social insurance, time, several local and global benefits etc.You participate in project activities as required.You ensure consistent and reliable service delivery for customers serviced, ensure end to end ownership of resolution, operations and regulatory compliance in line with the countries, customers and regulations.Who you areIn this role you will be working within the Payroll Time & Benefits team focusing on our customers needs and collaborating with teams across various functions and levels within the organization.You have professional experience in Belgium Payroll services with end to end process experience.You are able to deliver in a matrix organization, you can work independently in a fast-paced environment and you excel at handling multiple competing priorities with flexibility.You have a strong analytical ability and you demonstrate an excellent problem-solving mindset as you listen actively, you think critically and you seek process improvements.You have a growth mindset as you are able to learn and unlearn easily.
