As a Service Engineer Business Applications - Customer Operations & Finance, you play a key role in supporting and improving LLBG’s business applications. You work closely with international stakeholders to ensure optimal performance, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Function
  • You support key users across all organizations within La Lorraine Bakery Group and deliver high-quality service.
  • You organize knowledge transfer sessions after the go-live of new projects, enhancements or geographical expansion and maintain clear documentation.
  • You manage roles and permissions within business applications.
  • You test applications for functionality, accuracy, and compatibility.
  • You gather user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You document incident resolutions and maintain & update KB-articles concerning recurring incidents.
  • You proactively resolve recurring issues and contribute to service quality.
  • You participate in rollout projects to acquire new knowledge and get connected with the community.
After a six-month onboarding period, you will be included in the on-call duty service (24x7). This will be for a maximum of one week per month.You will work from the headquarters in one of the home countries of LLBG (Ninove, Erpe-Mere, Kladno, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Câmpia Turzii - Cluj …) and you will report to the Business Applications Team Service Lead. You are part of the international IT team.Your Profile
  • You have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Customer Operations and/ or Finance.
  • You have experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S4/HANA is a plus.
  • You are analytical, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • You communicate clearly in English and enjoy sharing knowledge with others.
  • You are eager to grow, open to change, and enjoy supporting and training colleagues.
