What will you do?The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the entire chain of raw materials and packaging – from purchasing and inventory management to processing, packaging, and distribution to Hawaiian restaurants. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient, high-quality, and timely availability of all ingredients, within agreed budgets and quality standards.You will be responsible for, among other things:1. Purchasing ManagementMonitoring raw material and packaging needs based on forecasts and consumption.Managing and optimizing supplier relationships.Ensuring proper alignment between purchasing and production planning.2. Inventory and Warehouse ManagementSetting stock level targets and monitoring rotation and shelf life.Maintaining accurate stock records in the ERP system.Initiating stock counts and correcting discrepancies.Ensuring FIFO principles and food safety in warehouses.3. Production Planning and Logistics CoordinationPreparing the weekly production schedule in consultation with the production manager.Coordinating delivery schedules to restaurants.Managing internal logistics and transport partners.Ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient deliveries.4. Process OptimizationAnalyzing bottlenecks in the supply chain and proposing improvements.Coordinating projects related to automation, digitization, or sustainability.Collaborating with internal departments such as finance, quality, and operations.What are we looking for?Technical/functional:Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory management, and purchasing processes.Experience with ERP systems (preferably food-related).Understanding of food safety and traceability.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Behavioral:Excellent planning and organizational skills.Problem-solving and decisive.Communicative and diplomatic in negotiations.Hands-on and results-oriented.Leadership and people management skills.Education and experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent through experience.At least 5 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics environment, preferably in food production or FMCG.Experience in a leadership role is a plus.What do we offer you?🔥 A dynamic job within a fast-growing, 100% Belgian food concept. 📈 Room to make an impact, grow, and optimize processes.
