Operating at the intersection of technical excellence and environmental stewardship, the company empowers industries to meet performance and compliance challenges.As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Services team and play a key role in delivering technical solutions, maintenance and support across a portfolio of industrial water treatment systems. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining water treatment equipment (e.g. reverse osmosis, deionisation systems, filtration units, chemical dosing systems).
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance at client facilities across Belgium, occasionally supporting operations in neighboring countries.
  • Carrying out site audits, performance checks and process optimisations.
  • Managing installation projects, from system start-up to client training and technical documentation.
  • Supporting customers with technical expertise and ensuring service excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures, regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
  • Providing detailed reports and insights after each service visit.
  • Coordinating with internal engineering, sales and customer service teams.
Develop your career in an innovative companyA Supportive and Collaborative Work EnvironmentThe ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Technical background (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering (or similar by experience)At least 2-3 years' experience in industrial field services, ideally with water treatment systems.Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with excellent technical acumen.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented approach.Fluent in French with a good command of English.Flexibility to travel regularly within Belgium and occasionally abroad.Valid driving license (B).Our client is a global leader in water, waste and energy management solutions.
