Operating at the intersection of technical excellence and environmental stewardship, the company empowers industries to meet performance and compliance challenges.As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Services team and play a key role in delivering technical solutions, maintenance and support across a portfolio of industrial water treatment systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining water treatment equipment (e.g. reverse osmosis, deionisation systems, filtration units, chemical dosing systems).
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance at client facilities across Belgium, occasionally supporting operations in neighboring countries.
Carrying out site audits, performance checks and process optimisations.
Managing installation projects, from system start-up to client training and technical documentation.
Supporting customers with technical expertise and ensuring service excellence.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures, regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
Providing detailed reports and insights after each service visit.
Coordinating with internal engineering, sales and customer service teams.
