We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Belgium, with a focus on renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to renewable energy construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures.Key Responsibilities:Prepare tender and contract documents
Conduct cost analysis for renewable energy projects
Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
Assess and manage project risk
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputesRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
Experience working on renewable energy projects is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
