Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective actions.
Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations pertaining to QHSE.
Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in alignment with ISO standards.
Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, and active employee engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE principles into all business operations.
Create an environment of trust where employees feel comfortable reporting issues or proposing improvements, enhancing overall safety and quality initiatives.
Champion the importance of safety and quality, recognizing employee contributions which encourages a proactive approach among all staff.
Articulate information clearly and concisely to ensure all stakeholders understand QHSE policies, procedures, and expectations.
Your qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QHSE role (experience as a Quality Manager and in HSE is a bonus).
Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
