Our portfolio in the Benelux includes clients such as Tomorrowland, Dour, Easyfairs, Greenhouse Talent and Kompass.Business DevelopmentOur Business Development team comprises 12 colleagues spread across our offices in both Antwerp and Amsterdam. Their primary mission? Attracting new customers! They are always on the lookout for new opportunities and adeptly navigate through various markets. The ultimate goal? Expanding our customer base by showcasing the added value of our innovative ticketing system.As a Business Development Executive, you play a crucial role in realizing our ambitious goals. Working alongside our dynamic Business Development team, you'll craft an effective sales strategy that not only attracts leads but also transforms them into loyal customers.You're not just an employee; as the face of our organization, you lay the foundation for sustainable relationships within the captivating world of museums and attractions throughout Belgium. Then this role in our Antwerp office, where you'll report to the Team Lead Business Development, is precisely what you're looking for!What You'll DoDiscovering new connections and expanding our network within the realm of museums and attractions.Translating our strategy into concrete steps and actions that bring us closer to our goals.Actively managing your own opportunities using CRM tools and other resources, ensuring you're always ready to seize new possibilities.Sharing your passion and enthusiasm to convince potential customers of the value and benefits of our ticketing system.Engaging in honest and constructive conversations to build and maintain sustainable relationships.Providing valuable feedback to our Client Success team, ensuring we deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience to every customer.Participating in inspiring events, fairs, and networking gatherings to represent our company and discover new opportunities in a friendly and stimulating environment.You have at least a bachelor's degree level of education.You have at least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar role in B2B sales.Your command of the Dutch and French language (and English is a bonus) in both written and spoken forms is excellent.You possess a valid driver's license.You have strong organizational skills with problem-solving abilities.You have experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or SalesForce.You have an affinity for the cultural sector, specifically museums and attractions.What We Offer YouA salary commensurate with your work experience, supplemented with additional benefits.A dedicated, versatile, and open team within an international organization.A laptop and mobile phone of your choice for work.Travel allowance, one-time telecommuting allowance, annual PC200 premium, 13th month, meal vouchers, and eco-vouchers.And the cherry on top: 20 vacation days and 12 ADV (additional vacation) days.Excellent opportunities for career advancement along with associated training and coaching sessions.Group insurance and hospitalization insurance.Working from our office in the heart of Antwerp.Internal events and at least two major company parties per year.The opportunity to attend events.See you soon!
