(advantages, specificities, etc.)Your role:
  • You draft, update, and translate technical work documents, ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations and manufacturer guidelines;
  • You analyze technical information obtained from the manufacturer or the customer and integrate it into the ERP system;
  • You support the PSO department in the implementation and industrialization of new repair or assembly/disassembly/cleaning and inspection procedures;
  • You provide technical support to workshops, both theoretically and practically, and seek solutions to prevent delays in the production process;
  • You draft and internally communicate information regarding experience feedback, such as incidents, adjustments, and improved work instructions, aimed at production;
  • You provide technical support to the quality department during investigations into the causes of deviations;
  • You lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, both within the technical department and in other services (operations - supply chain);
  • You coordinate and implement improvements to current work methods and introduce new technologies.
Candidate skills & requirementsYour profile:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience, with thorough knowledge of electro mechanics, engines and engine components;
  • You have a very good knowledge of materials, repair methods, and special processes;
  • You are familiar with common software and specific programs for SAESB;
  • You understand the various phases of a shop visit;
  • You are able to interpret technical drawings (repair - tools - tooling);
  • You have a good knowledge of calibration and test cell processes;
  • You have strong analytical, synthesis and anticipation skills;
  • You are able to work innovatively, systematically, and precisely;
  • As a PSO Technician you are a team player, with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to provide technical coaching in a multilingual environment (English, French, Dutch);
  • You are willing to work in 2 shifts (from 6am to 2pm, and from 2pm to 10pm).
