We attach great importance to the fact that you can develop your potential in the mission entrusted to you.Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support her team on the following tasks:Talent Acquisition:
Collaborating with the recruitment team to assess candidate applications.
Collaborate on reports of the recruitment activities.
Help drafting and updating job descriptions.
Participate in candidate interviews and draft feedback.
Maintaining the recruitment platform (ATS TeamTailor): change and adapt content, publish new job offers, updating the candidate database, etc.
Support our Campus Recruitment activities and develop tooling and reporting to follow-up on these events.
Some administrative tasks, e.g. send emails to candidates, schedule interviews, etc.
Employer Branding:
Goodies for employees and events.
Create materials for Career Weeks (brochures, stand, posters, …), logistic assistance, invitation and subscription to those events.
With the Office Manager, lead, update and post in our Alumni group.
Together with the HR Manager, work on the values campaign.
