The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering investment projects at the industrial site in Hoboken. The projects are primarily focused on civil engineering (foundations, steel structures, infrastructure works), but also require alignment with other technical disciplines such as piping, utilities, and electromechanics.Projects may include both new construction and renovation and are executed in a complex industrial environment with strict safety, sustainability, and operational requirements.Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Lead technical industrial projects from concept to completion
Define scope, deliverables, budget, and planning
Assemble and manage the project team
Coordinate the technical design with a focus on civil components
Critically assess technical documents and calculations from third parties
Prepare specifications and tender documents
Select and manage internal and external partners
Manage scope changes and stakeholder communication
Report to all relevant stakeholders
Technical profile requirements
Master's degree in engineering (civil or applied sciences with civil focus) or equivalent by experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in industrial project management
Strong knowledge of civil engineering, steel structures, and concrete calculations
Strong knowledge of other disciplines
Ability to interpret and evaluate technical calculations
Experience with SCIA Engineer or similar software is a plus
Basic knowledge of EHS and quality systems
Technically minded and solution-oriented
