Project Support Officer Market Access (Part time 3/5)

- Performs administrative, functional support in the Chapter MA and overall support for specific departmental projects
- Monitors and deals with incoming correspondence and documentation
- Knows where to find relevant information and connects internal colleagues with the right person, being the linking pin between departments
- Prepares meetings including coordination of content : ensures all related logistical matters, invites participants, oversees and coordinates the course of the events, creates and distributes meeting minutes and presentations
- Collects and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents for meetings
- Gathers feedback and proactive tracking of action lists and open items
- Process & system management:
Contract management: CLMS (Contract lifecycle management system) pre and post signing
Responsible for small IT equipment tool
Sponsoring and divisional giving activities
Audit support and coordination
Information classification caretaker
- Create purchase requests and follow up invoicing
- Initiates and contributes proactively to process optimization within the department
- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural, communication and coordination skills
- Full proficiency in English and Dutch and a very good level of French
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and able to work with multiple complex systems and adapt quickly to new systems
- Flexible and agile way of working
- Sensitivity to confidential matters
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, vendors and other stakeholders
