As a sewer worker for sock technique you are responsible for the renovation of an existing sewer with cracks, holes, etc., by placing socks.An epoxy impregnated sock is pulled through the existing sewer. Then it is blown with air against the inside of the existing sewer and then a robot with UV goes through it. This hardens the inner wall. This process can take a long time, especially with long socks. Sometimes it may be necessary to stay overnight, as the work takes place all over Belgium and even the Netherlands.Your profile
You are a driven sewer worker who loves variety in your work and likes to take on different challenges
You have experience in ground or sewer work
You have a mechanical or electrical background
You have good physical condition and do not mind performing physically demanding work
Safety is your priority; you have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain it
You always follow safety rules
You communicate fluently in Dutch
You have a driving license B and can travel to a pick-up location
You take care of the machines on the construction site
You are not claustrophobic and can easily crawl into the sewer
You are interested in innovative techniques
