As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities are :
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Temporary contract to cover holiday periodsFlexible job - About 30 days per yearA successful Personal Assistant should have:
Proficiency in MS Office
Perfect French and good levels of Dutch and English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
