Do you want to learn more about how compliance protects and create value in a multinational company? Beyond ensuring a company can do business in the right way, compliance is also a key component in any ESG & Sustainability journey.We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in compliance within our dynamic and international company.Your responsibilities will be discussed to enhance your learning experience and will include:
  • Tracking Compliance Clauses: advise on negotiations and track the coverage of compliance clauses related to risky third parties across all affiliates of the company.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status of compliance coverage and present findings to the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Research and Support: Provide general support to the compliance department, including research, documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Risk Mitigation: Assist the compliance team in identifying potential risks and ensuring that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
Your profile
  • You believe in ethical and agile businesses.
  • You are obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in law, business, compliance, or a related field.
  • You have a strong ability to analyse, manage and organize detailed information accurately.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are not afraid to reach out and interact with our affiliates in a professional manner.
  • You have gained strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages (Spanish/Portuguese) is advantageous.
  • You are available for a minimum of 2 days per week for several consecutive months.
