- Within the site organization: Tender team, Engineering, Process Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, Product Manager, and Field Operations.
- Outside the site organization: other ALSTOM units, Joint Ventures, Suppliers
- Tender planning & milestones are respected by the Industrial & Sourcing teams
- On time delivery of the consolidated tender toward tender team
- DFQ milestones following project planning
- Industrial Maturity Follow Up (IMFU): bill of material including Part Maturity Follow up (PMFU), assembly accuracy, spent time …
- Product & Data maturity validation “AS Built” - “As Designed”
- On Time Delivery of the product & data
- Industrial & Sourcing work package cost monitoring
- Risk & opportunity register
- Satisfaction of the project stakeholders
- DFQ-T milestones following the transfer planning
- On time delivery of the data to transfer (product, Industrial, sourcing…) Do It Right The First Time (DRIFT)
- Training, manufacturing launch and ramp up of the receiver
- Transfer operations work package cost monitoring
- Risk & opportunity register
- Satisfaction of the receivers
- Ensure that necessary input data allowing respect of QCD commitment are consistently and timely made available by other tender contributors (Industrialisation, Manufacturing, Data Management…).
- On time delivery and consolidation of the detailed tender for the Industrial and Souring scope.
- Definition of industrial scheme and related make or buy strategy
- Process and Manufacturing Engineering: manufacturing process, -line, -time, and work instructions …
- Sourcing: defines and implements with buyers the Sourcing Improvement Plan (ASIP)
- Supply chain: defines and implements Logistic Strategy, (long lead time items, material procurement) as to deliver the products, components, and sub-systems on time, following the industrial planning and optimizing the working capital (inventory, WIP)
- Industrial Operations, in charge of the following tasks: drive & supervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic & shipment, as well as respecting EHS regulations, and ensuring continuous improvement (APSYS)
- Coordinate the implementation of any retrofit plan needed for material part of the industrial work package and assure traceability of the retrofit application.
- On time delivery and completeness of detailed design, (under PrEM responsibility) for industrial, and or manufacturing
- Ensure that necessary input data allowing respect of QCD commitment are consistently and timely made available by other project contributors (such as BoM, test instructions, self-inspections sheets, requirement specifications …). In particular, monitor the development and Industrialization on new or modified products used by the project and keep the coherency with the Project Industrial schedule. Coordinates mitigation plan when needed to limit risks and identify saving opportunities.
- Transfer process from Business Case until transfer closure meeting
- Prepare specific transfer documentation (transfer plan, training module …)
- Training and assistance missions toward receivers
- Transfer planning as agreed with the project, and integrated within the global project planning
- Monitor and assure that the internal actions are done in time to secure project execution by receiver (DQ/RFC)
- Propose & implement project transfer improvement plans or mitigation plans in case of difficulties
- Privileged focal point of communication toward internal and external receivers, and responsible of receivers QCD performance.
- Assure right configuration and traceability of product delivered by the receivers toward the projects, and implement retrofit plan with receiver if needed
- Use and respect the known set of tools and templates of the process
- Good knowledge of wired systems: harness, looms and cubicles including auxiliary- traction converters, as well as signalling equipment's
- At least 2 years' experience as (Product / Process / Manufacturing) Engineer within an industrial organization
- Relevant knowledge or experience of project management is a must.
- Experience of supplier -, and quality management is an asset.
- Autonomous, organized and hands on mentality.
- Team player, effective in communication
- Fluent in English is a must, any other language will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge of ERP / MRP tools (SAP) and or PLM, PDM tools (Team Center, VPM, ENOVIA…) is an asset
