- Update and share business reports on inventory levels, purchases, return rates, cost level to the country and corporate.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics
- Ensure a perfect execution of our Automatic replenishment system
- Improve our service level while optimizing our stock level
- Contribute to a perfect execution of our inventory processes (cycle count, stock recall, etc.) to reach our business and inventory goals
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
- Take appropriate action to correct inventory level
- Develops business relationships with suppliers
- Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
- Build and share purchase forecast based on industry trends and demand patterns
- Manage our catalogue including phase-in, phase-out, and substitution items
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
- Be a team player (inter and cross departments)
- Train our shops to supply chain processes and ensure a good adoption
- Generate Purchase orders to our suppliers and shops on a daily basis
- Monitor supply interfaces between ERP, WMS & front-end systems
- Adress and supervise identified interfaces misalignment with IT team
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French required, and intermediate proficiency in the other national language.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain role, involving Demand planning and ideally Stock/Inventory management.
- Good mathematical knowledge and notions of statistics
- Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment
- Very good organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate across departments and teams with strong communication skills
- You are dynamic and have a pro-active personality, you don't accept the status quo
- Strong team player and good ambassador/influencer
- Ability to work well through cross-functional activities and responsibilities and to drive them
- Proficiency with Excel (formula, pivot, etc.), ERP and CRM systems, BI tools.
