- Manage daily HR operations, including payroll processing, vacation scheduling, and absence tracking for various European countries.
- Ensure compliance with social legislation and stay abreast of legal developments.
- Oversee insurance policies, including group and hospitalization coverage.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Harmonize and optimize employee benefits across different territories.
- Collaborate with managers in the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to selection.
- Work on special HR projects and initiatives, such as digitalization.
- Provide support for organizing events, including seminars, training, and team-building activities.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Degree in HR with minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist, emphasizing strong hard HR skills (Payroll).
- Fluent in both English and French (additional European language proficiency is a plus).
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excell.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social legislation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
