As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the European HR team, reporting to the HR Manager in Brussels. Your responsibilities will englobe various tasks, contributing to the overall well-being of the employees and the success of the organization:
  • Manage daily HR operations, including payroll processing, vacation scheduling, and absence tracking for various European countries.
  • Ensure compliance with social legislation and stay abreast of legal developments.
  • Oversee insurance policies, including group and hospitalization coverage.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Harmonize and optimize employee benefits across different territories.
  • Collaborate with managers in the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to selection.
  • Work on special HR projects and initiatives, such as digitalization.
  • Provide support for organizing events, including seminars, training, and team-building activities.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
International Environment|Growing Possibility
  • Degree in HR with minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist, emphasizing strong hard HR skills (Payroll).
  • Fluent in both English and French (additional European language proficiency is a plus).
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excell.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Rigorous, organized, and stress-resistant.
  • Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail.
