The Human Resources Generalist is an integral part of the Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for providing operational support to various functions and practice groups within the company
Understanding the firm's human resources policies and Belgian social security legislation
Answering most questions independently, while using appropriate judgement to collaborate and escalate complex questions and issues as appropriate, and following up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Managing time entries for Brussels, including following up with managers and supervisors, answering routine questions about timekeeping entries best practices
Leading new hire orientation and developing programmes to facilitate new employee integration during the first year of employment to meet the firm's objectives for new hire retention
Partnering with colleagues in the Office of the General Counsel, Well-Being & Benefits, Business Services Recruiting, Development & Training, Compensation, and Strategy & Operations departments, as needed, to facilitate seamless communications and promote proactive services
Promoting value-added benefits, wellness events, and training opportunities in partnership with the Well-Being & Benefits and Development & Training departments

Relevant experience
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in related field, preferably
Business fluent written and spoken language skills in Dutch, French, and English
