Lead pre-construction activities for large-scale pharma manufacturing facility including constructability reviews, scheduling, and resource planning
Develop comprehensive construction strategies and execution plans for facility construction including phasing, logistics, and regulatory compliance approaches
Coordinate with design teams to optimize constructability of pharma systems including cleanrooms, process equipment, and specialized infrastructure
Manage pre-construction budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering initiatives
Lead contractor procurement processes including prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations for major construction packages
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and permitting agencies to secure construction approvals and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Develop detailed construction schedules, critical path analysis, and resource allocation plans for construction phases
Facilitate stakeholder coordination between owners, designers, contractors, and regulatory bodies during pre-construction planning phases
Establish quality management systems, safety protocols, and project controls frameworks for construction execution

Extensive construction management experience with specific expertise in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing facility construction
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, EU pharmaceutical standards, and large-scale construction project delivery methodologies
Experience managing pre-construction activities for large scale projects with complex regulatory and technical requirements
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, cleanroom construction, and GMP compliance requirements for facility design and construction
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships in regulated environments
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline
Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French languages advantageous
