- Proactively manage transformation, change and digital adoption for large scale, transformation programmes
- Setting and managing change adoption criteria to achieve the desired outcomes and objectives
- Be the point of contact for specific activity: communications, engagement, training or role mapping
- Build and manage relationships with mid-level client managers
- Contribute to business development proposals
- As a Consultant you will be part of a larger transformation team, while Senior Consultants and Principals should expect to manage a workstream, country deployment or entire projects, and face off to senior leaders from the client. Principals are expected to manage people and contribute to business development.
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency), as well as in one of more of the following: Dutch/Flemish, French, Spanish, Italian, and project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Are familiar with Agile method, as well as Change Management (OCM) method, approaches and deliverables
- Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development
- Possess outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and experience in stakeholder engagement
- Have strong business knowledge in one or more industry sectors
- Are able to contribute to bid work, write proposals and deliver client presentations
- Are a self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (different clients may prefer onsite, hybrid or fully remote working styles - you should be comfortable with all three of these)
- Have experience of working at management level, ideally in the private sector
