We are looking for a junior to mid-level employment lawyer (1-6 years of experience) to join a prestigious Brussels-based law firm. You will advise companies on employment law, draft contracts, support clients in negotiations, and represent them in labor courts
Advise companies on employment law (individual and collective)
Draft contracts and legal documents
Support clients in negotiations
Represent clients in labor courts and tribunals
Help employers comply with legal obligations (work regulations, social elections, whistleblower protection, etc.)
Analyze international and European legal frameworks

Belgian Master's degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in employment law
Native Dutch + strong command of the other national language and English
