[ Retail Manager ¦ Maasmechelen Village ¦ Permanent/Full time]Something Extraordinary Every Day™As our Retail Manager, you will work as part of the Retail team, who will align all operational activities and retail initiatives within the Village, to achieve set sales targets and ensure outstanding guest & customer experience to our guests and brands.What you will be doingAssist and provide guidelines to store managers on profitable in-store presentation, customer service and ways of improving.Provide accurate and timely management information with supporting analysis, through weekly reporting to the Retail Director and/or Deputy Retail Director.Work with the internal teams to ensure smooth implementation for (new) store openings and closures.Communicate with the Learning & Development team on training needs, analysis and make suggestions for the store staff development.Coordinate and manage Brand Mystery Shopper Programme and provide the respective analysis , output and agreed action plans to store managers and brand head quarters.Assist our Operations team to assure an excellent guest experience and the compliance with rules and regulations.Work closely with Legal, Operations, Service Managers and Brands to execute Brand Compliance checks and ensure stores comply to rules and regulations.Contribute fully and communicate actions from Retail and Store Manager meetings to all parties.Work within the Retail and Marketing teams building Retail Calendars, providing key relevant information to effectively support the overall business.Manage daily activities of Retail Coordinator so that inventory level and merchandise selection is current and on trend.What makes you specialEvery colleague is an entrepreneur at heart and this drives our organisational culture, which values invention, innovation and risk taking.
