Job descriptionFor the job as foreman HVAC/sanitary region Lochristi, the following tasks are assigned to you:
As a foreman, you work together with a colleague installer on complete HVAC/sanitary projects at the site, under the supervision of a project leader.
You install complete HVAC systems and sanitary facilities in small and medium-sized buildings such as schools, retirement homes, service centers, and SMEs.
You assemble and disassemble various components of installations and solve practical implementation problems at the site in consultation with the project leader.
You read and interpret plans smoothly.
You work well together as a team and can, if necessary, also collaborate with subcontractors.
Your profile
You have completed a technical education in HVAC/Sanitary or have equivalent experience.
You have experience with installing HVAC and sanitary systems in commercial buildings.
You work well in a team.
You work independently.
You have leadership skills and can train your colleagues.
You are communicative and solution-oriented.
