Consultant
  • 2 years of relevant recruitment or other outbound sales experience €2,600 (€36,192pa) - €3,400 (€47,328pa), plus a significant commission scheme
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant recruitment or other outbound sales experience €3,000 (€41,760pa) - €3,800 (€52,896pa) plus a significant commission scheme
  • Potential 6-12-month commission guarantee/draw available for experienced individuals with demonstrable existing commissions.
  • Car / Petrol, LV's, representation allowance
  • DKV, Group Insurance after 6 months
  • Realistic 2nd-year on-target earnings - €50,000 - €75,000 per annum
  • 2nd-year billed GP target expectation of €150,000.
Senior Consultant
  • 4 years + successful IT recruitment sales experience €3,600 - €5,000, dependent upon experience, plus a significant commission scheme
  • Potential 6-12-month commissions guarantee/draw available for experienced individuals with demonstrable existing commissions.
  • Car / Petrol, LV's, representation allowance
  • DKV, Group Insurance after 6 months
  • Realistic 2nd-year on-target earnings €75,000 - €100,000+ per annum
  • 2nd-year billed GP target expectation of €250,000.
Individuals who can deliver a great Sales performance, with lasting customer relationships, that develop new Sales and increase GP billings by placing many people on a Permanent basis or by placing many freelance Contractors achieve great success, earn additional bonuses, entitlement to company-paid trips and are awarded Share Options.

Successful individuals at E-Resourcing can grow to earn more than €100k / €120k per annum after 3 to 4 years - it is only dependent upon someone's own ability, sales skills, determination, and success. With experience and success, individuals can go on to earn more than €150,000 per annum. E-Resourcing is committed to paying people upper quartile packages in comparison to its competitors.

E-Resourcing is NOT a 150 calls a day sales environment, but selling and phone work are a key part of the role and therefore require both high activity and constant persistence. Initially, you will speak to and develop relationships with 30/40 potential customers a week, developing your knowledge and understanding of your customers' purchasing needs and people requirements.
When you find confirmed people requirements from customers and understand their expectations, time scales, and budgets, you will then spend a considerable amount of time finding, selecting, and presenting the best candidates available. You do, therefore, need to be highly organized and systematic. You will need to demonstrate a great attitude towards business development in a service environment.

E-Resourcing's Internal Recruitment Process?
E-Resourcing operates a minimum 3 -stage interview process for all internal recruitment:
  • Initial interview with a Director/Manager, complete an aptitude assessment questionnaire that seeks to highlight core competencies such as Literacy, Numeracy, and Common Sense. The candidate will also be asked to complete Online Psychometrics.
  • The selected candidates will then meet with 2 other Directors, Team Leaders, and co-workers to establish cultural fit.
