partners, who are locally successful. EPO can count on its 12 employees, including a sales back office in Belgium (KOB).As a team of entrepreneurs, we want to be the single point of contact for the export business of Etex. Our turnover is about 9M EUR on the Etex Exterior produce range.
EuroPanels is currently looking for a Commercial and logistical services OfficerWhat you'll doThe main role is to manage the full order-to-delivery process for our customers in the assigned region, leading to
following tasks:
- Correct and efficient order processing resulting in a professional service level and satisfied customers.
- Managing possible problems and changes with the orders and coordinating on a continuous basis with the
- Follow-up of claims and registration and completion in the CRM system.
- Handling all logistic & export formalities: organizing transport (road, sea, air, train,…), managing packaging and
- Generating export documents and custom formalities.
- Providing support to the sales team : preparation of quotations, price calculations, sending samples, handling
- You obtained a bachelor degree in sales, economics or logistics.
- You have at least a couple of years of experience in an international sales & export position and a good
- Your knowledge and understanding of SAP is highly appreciated.
- You have strong language skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a definite asset.
- You use your strong communication skills in all your contact with partners & intercompany worldwide.
- You combine your customer orientation with a detailed and accurate approach when necessary.
- You are a multitasker who is strong in planning and organizing and who knows how to set priorities.
- You are stress resistant, commercial and result oriented with a great sense of ownership and responsibility.
- You have affinity with foreign cultures.
