We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a passion for promoting safety and environmental sustainability in the workplace.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and best practices
Investigate incidents and near misses, and develop strategies for prevention
Collaborate with management to continuously improve HSE performanceRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of renewable energy industry regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant HSE certifications and qualifications
