Ensure the development and maintenance of Project tools, with the objective of monitoring and optimizing project performance;
Ensure the efficiency of project execution for all users by taking into account the harmonization and homogenization of methods and tools for monitoring;
Participate in the realisation of the risk analysis and drive the action plan related to the risk management;
Organize and lead the management process (reviews, milestones, decisions and actions);
Ensure data backup;
Develop tools for performance monitoring solutions (KPIs) of the project;
Participate and drive the implementation of an improvement process within the project in accordance with the standards of SAFRAN project management methodologies and consistent with the company's processes.
