Teamleader Late Shift (14:00-22:00) - Kallo

• Start as an operator to get to know the operations inside out and grow into a hands-on teamleader role.
• Lead a team of 15 to 20 operators.
• Oversee daily operations smoothly across both warehouse tasks and various production lines (repackaging, blending, etc.).
• Monitor productivity and ensure all preparations are done on time for the next day.
• Collaborate closely with other teamleaders, the warehouse manager, and the supervision team.
• Step in as an operator during busy periods or when extra hands are needed (not a daily standard).

• You have some experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or production environment.
• You are fluent in English, every other language is a plus.
• You keep a clear overview, can switch quickly between tasks, and take responsibility easily.
• You hold a forklift and reach truck certification.
• You thrive working a fixed late shift (14:00 - 22:00).
• You like to get involved and help out, especially during start-up and busy times.
