You’ll drive growth, build long-term relationships, and act as the vital link between our clients and SGS’s global Clinical Research Organization.What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go-to contact for key clients, building trust and delivering value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead regular business reviews to align on goals, address challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional client experience.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client potential.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to proactively guide your strategy.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing in partnership with our business development team.
  • Provide timely, solution-oriented support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Align internal stakeholders with account strategies to unlock new business opportunities.
QualificationsWhat You Bring:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, sales, or client relationship roles—ideally within a CRO or Clinical Research setting.
  • Strong understanding of the drug development process.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for client success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients when needed.
