Then just keep on reading, because you might be the HR and Fleet Assistant (that’s the Compensation & Benefits team) we are looking for!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn one sentence?In this versatile support role, you’ll work closely with both our Personnel & Payroll Supervisor and Fleet Officer to ensure smooth daily operations in HR administration and fleet management across the organisation.In more sentences?You will support...HR Administration
  • Gather and prepare payroll input (absences, bonuses, deductions, corrections, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records in our systems and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
  • Support new joiners during the onboarding process and help with offboarding of colleagues
  • Prepare standard HR documents (contracts, resignations, parental leave, etc.)
  • Respond to employee questions related to payroll, taxes, deductions and leave
Fleet Management
  • Support driver onboarding, schedule trainings, and enforce internal policies
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, returns, and liaise with leasing companies or garages
  • Act as a contact person for drivers via our fleet tool, handling daily questions
  • Keep vehicle records up to date in our fleet management system
  • Collaborate with external providers to ensure our fleet is always operational

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Office Management OR similar. Are you currently working as a Team Assistant and considering a career shift? Great! This role could be your perfect next step.
  • Above all, motivation, interest in social law and fleet management, and willingness to learn are what truly matter together with commitment.
  • Consistency, Diplomacy and Accuracy are you middle names;
  • You have good communication skills in Dutch and French. Are you trilingual and do you speak English, then we are totally fond of you;

  • Strong interest in payroll processes (formal training can be offered after 6–12 months)
  • Basic understanding of Belgian social legislation
  • Interest in fleet management
  • Good command of French and/or Dutch
