MissionThe mission is to support the IBA project team on customer acceptance, training and commissioning of IBA Industrial systems and to consolidate the customer feedback as input for continuous product improvementChallenges we trust you with
Perform acceptance testing with the end-user
Train and support the customer to use properly and safely the system
Provide on-site and/or remote product application support to customers
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals of the assigned sites under installation and in clinical operation
Report and document interventions and actions undertaken with the required level of details and accuracy
Provide continuous structured customer product feedback to the rest of the organization
Participate in procedures update and optimization.

What we valueYou have:
A master degree in Medical Physics or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent by experience
At least 3 years of experience as application specialist in the Industry
And you also are:
Customer oriented person with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Passionate about innovative clinical solutions
Fascinated by new technologies and always willing to update your knowledge
A proactive person willing to take initiatives
A problem solver and stress resistant
A team player able to organize your work autonomously according to priorities
Willing to travel up to 50% of your time
