Project ManagerTasksAs the Project Manager, you'll serve as the main point of contact for both our customers and your team regarding Microsoft Business Applications projects (including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data & AI, and Power BI). Your primary duties will include:
You will coordinate internal resources and external resources for the flawless execution of projects by developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
You will be developing multiple detailed project plan to monitor and track progress which in turn will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
You will have to meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on financial analysis
You will be developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
You will use and continually develop leadership skills through attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Qualifications
At least 4 years experience working as a Project Manager
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Previous client-facing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
Can present solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Having obtained proven working experience in project management (Waterfall and Agile) & Sure Step methodology is a plus
Fluent in both English and French
