As a Finance Business Partner, you are part of a the Business Controlling team and are responsible for the performance monitoring and the P&L management of the Flanders region.Finance Business Partner - Flemish Brabant - Transport industryAs a Finance Business Partner, you are part of a team composed of 4 Business Controllers and report directly to the Controlling Manager.In your role, you are responsible for the whole Flanders region.Your main tasks consist in :
Acting as a true finance business partner towards the operations & sales teams of your region
Being in charge of the performance monitoring of the company, while developing & analyzing important KPI
Being responsible for the preparation of the budgets & forecasts as well as participating to the strategic planning
Doing the monthly variances analyses between budget & actuals
Supporting the decision making thanks to clear financial analyses & models in some projects
Bing in charge of the monthly reporting to the group
Working closely with the accounting team during the closing period
Visiting the different subsidiaries & local offices all over Flanders on a regular basis.

Master's degree in Finance / Business Administration / Management
5 years of financial experience. Business Controlling experience is a must
Fluency in Dutch is a must with a good level of French & English
Strong communication & business partnering skills

Flexible
Willing to travel all over Flanders to visit the different subsidiaries (2x / month).
