What can you expect from this job?At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE), we support over 100 dealers across 30 countries with high-performance construction and material handling equipment. As a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll be the key link between field service, engineering, and customer support.You’ll manage warranty claims, analyze technical data, coordinate service bulletins and field campaigns. Your insights will help improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:· Processing and analyzing technical failures and warranty claims within certain deadlines· Publishing technical service bulletins and coordinating field campaigns· Support & Conduct Warranty audits· Using BI ( Power BI & Palantir) dashboards to detect trends and report findings· Assisting with dealer onboarding and SAP administration· Monitoring Warranty SpendingsYou’ll also contribute to quality assurance initiatives, data interpretation, and continuous improvement efforts across our service operations.Are you the colleague we are looking for?We’re looking for a new colleague who combines technical know-how with strong analytical and communication skills.
