- You ensure the implementation and respect of people policies (Code of Conduct, labor relations principles...)
- You maintain an open communication with co-workers and contribute to productive negotiations with unions.
- You participate to the set up of HR policies that are in line with employment law compliance
- You provide the management with advice regarding social relations, labor law and give trainings or presentations when required
- You identify, assess and monitor current and potential labor issues
- You implement and follow up Employment standards and compliance
- You participate to the health & well-being framework
- You collaborate closely with peers to ensure best practices sharing in creating a great co-worker experience.
- Undefined duration contract
