Our client is looking for a Digitalization Project Manager to accompany its current digital transformation. You will join a team already in place, at the Brussels' offices of our client.As a Digitalization Project Manager, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end project execution: from scoping and requirement gathering to planning, business case development, risk management, and problem-solving.
Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned delivery that meets business expectations.
Present to steering committees and secure active involvement from sponsors and key stakeholders.
Drive collaboration across project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Coordinate stakeholder activities with a strong focus on execution and outcomes.
Track progress and performance through KPIs and report to internal and Group stakeholders.
Contribute to the growth of our transformation center of excellence by sharing knowledge and helping shape best practices across roles and domains.

A Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience in project management with a strong track record in digitalization projects.
Results-Oriented mindset.
Broad knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills across all levels (from operations to C-suite).
Experience in international or multicultural environments are a plus.
