Identifying and proposing optimisations within the ERP system.
Performing process analyses and identifying inefficiencies.
Discussing and implementing improvements together with colleagues.
Contract and KPI management & Vendor Management
Managing framework agreements, purchase orders and supplier data.
Drawing up, monitoring and improving KPIs
Drawing up monthly reports and critically analysing figures.
Gaining insight into bottlenecks based on data and KPIs.
Process optimisation
Analyse input and output within different departments.
Propose and implement improvement processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Vendor onboarding & screening
Point of contact for onboarding new suppliers.
Carry out financial screenings and administrative follow-up.
Use existing templates to support processes.
What do you need?
A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
Preferably experience in purchasing.
Experience working in an ERP system (MsDynamics, SAP, etc.).
Professionally bilingual in Dutch and French, preferably with a good knowledge of English.
You are someone who works very accurately and likes to take a critical view.
You often think one step ahead.
