- Experience in developing and delivering training is a plus.

Hybrid work environment;What will you do?Opportunity Identification: Actively search for opportunities to increase NBN's visibility.
Partnership Development: Proactively approach Belgian organizations, companies, and federations to co-organize events.
Event Management: Independently organize NBN events, including retro-planning, data management, invitations, registrations, website management, and logistics.
Supplier Contact: Maintain operational contacts with suppliers.
Training Program Development: Design training programs for the NBN Academy.
Training Delivery: Deliver training to clients of the Academy.
Program Publication: Publish training programs on the website.
Campaign Development: Develop and implement campaigns to attract clients to the NBN Academy.
Marketing & Communication Support: Assist the Marketing & Communication Manager in implementing the NBN strategy and provide necessary input.
