Clients partnership Manager - Key Account Management - Business & services - Europe network, Brussels based, transport & services industryYou think this is a commercial role ? Well, yes but it's so much more than that.As Client Relationship Manager you are in charge of managing strategic collaboration with international partners : ensuring their long-term perspectives, supervising the day-to-day developments, foreseeing strategic projects and transformation of these collaboration agreementsWhat does it mean ?You closely collaborate with your internal legal & financial departments in gathering analytical/strategic insight to lead your commercial negotiations with your partners - you coordinate internal cross-division projectsYou are the SPOC for these strategic accounts for any "non-operational" related topicYou lead the commercial strategy linked ot your portfolio of partners in accordance with the international business development strategy of the companyClients partnership Manager - Key Account Management - Business & services|Europe network, Brussels based, transport & services industryThe successful candidate will have :
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in high-stakes clients management in a B2B services industry
  • Experience in international company & environments
  • Strong analytic skills - ideally supported by a master in business engineering, finance or economy
  • Strong communication skills - ability to be both diplomatic and commercial, deal with high profile stakeholders
  • Strong organization/project coordination skills
  • A strong interest & aligned personal values with the topic of the future of (public) transport
