You define, implement and carry out quality assurance and quality control throughout the supply and production chain. These quality tests are a variety of measurements, calibration and configuration steps that must be performed according to our internal quality guidelines. When necessary, you roll up your sleeves to perform assembly tasks or resolve issues that arise during testing. Your ultimate goal is to deliver a finished product that fully meets our quality expectations.In order to get the job done, you’ll collaborate very close with our Ops Lead.Tasks and responsibilities
  • You meticulously execute the different steps for the calibration, configuration, functional testing and final acceptance of the product following the quality instructions.
  • During this process you critically evaluate the results, identify potential problems and resolve issues that might pop up.
  • You carry out light assembly or repair work as needed, and take care of the final packaging and preparation of products for shipment.
  • As you gain a better understanding of all these steps and its possible shortcomings, you evaluate the existing processes and identify room for improvement in terms of quality and efficiency.
  • You collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve complex problems you’re facing and drive ongoing improvements in production and quality processes.
RequirementsWho you are
  • You have a bachelor or master’s degree in electromechanics, electronics/ICT or a similar field
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar function
  • Experience in a low volume / high quality production environment is a plus
  • You have a natural eye for detail and structure and are critical towards your own work
  • You aim for high quality standards and have a result-oriented mindset
  • You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Lean / six sigma knowledge is a plus
