  • Efficiently organize service activities for customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Cultivate a developmental environment for department and employee excellence.
  • Be part of the steering management committee within a multinational corporation.
  • Set KPI targets aligned with the Strategic Plan.
  • Define & rolling out the strategy at operational level
  • Financial and Operational Performance (managed a P&L of +/- 30 mill EUR)
  • Communicate objectives, translating overall direction into tangible actions for teams
  • Team Leadership (Direct: 6 FTE Managers and Indirect: +/-40 Field Service Engineer)

  • Ensure successes are repeated and best practices spread.
  • Take corrective action for adverse variations and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate recording of parts, service times, and invoicing.
  • Customer Service Enhancement: Improve commitment to customer service and retention.
  • Liaise with Product Sales team for information sharing and joint action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and implement excellent initiatives for outstanding customer experience.
  • Organizational Compliance
  • Support the organizational vision, values, and culture.
  • Manage subcontractors in the region as required.

  • Education: Master Bachelor's electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, or electronics or equivalent (bachelor's degree) through experience.
  • Experience: Have at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role (member of steering management committee)
  • Experience in the B2B sector is recommended.
  • Ability to drive change and adapt to evolving business and industry needs
  • Proven capacity to independently complete tasks
  • Excellent technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to relate to local customers, their views, and issues
  • Ability to handle stress effectively.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English and Dutch could be an asset
  • Ability to relate to and engage with customers on a local level, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Possess leadership and coaching attributes, enabling the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
