Provide clear, pragmatic advice on Belgian employment and social security law.
Handle topics such as employment contracts, dismissals, work regulations, international employment, A1 forms, etc.
Build trusted relationships with clients through discretion, expertise, and responsiveness.
Share knowledge via newsletters, legal updates, and internal training.
Take ownership of your cases and act as a mentor on complex files.

Master's degree in Law (Belgium).
At least 3 years of experience in Belgian employment and international labor law.
Fluent in French OR Dutch - excellent command of English
