- Manage contracts, documentation, templates, and internal policy updates
- Ensure reliable and legally compliant employee data management
- Coordinate with external providers (payroll, insurance, etc.)
- Manage work permit applications and expat tax formalities
- Act as a trusted contact for employees on HR/legal topics
- Lead onboarding and offboarding activities
- Support happiness and well-being initiatives
- Oversee payroll data accuracy and processing in coordination with providers
- Manage benefits like mobility, fleet, insurance, and meal vouchers
- Contribute to compensation reviews, benchmarking, and reward strategy
- Provide coaching and training to employees and managers on HR policies
- Support HR projects and any additional relevant tasks
- Solid knowledge of Belgian HR and social legislation (other EU countries is a plus)
- +3 years of experience in a generalist HR role with legal/administrative focus
- Fluent in English + either French or Dutch
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and discreet with sensitive data
- Comfortable handling complex issues and juggling multiple processes
- Japanese language skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- HR certification or relevant higher education
