Role OverviewJoin a collaborative and security-focused IT infrastructure team supporting a complex hybrid environment. You will play a key role in managing end-user devices, coordinating with external service providers, and supporting internal teams to ensure a secure, efficient, and user-friendly IT ecosystem.Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing IT infrastructure with a focus on end-user devices (Windows workstations, smartphones, IP telephony)
Oversee and support the service desk and PC desk teams
Collaborate with external service providers to design and implement secure infrastructure solutions (e.g., SCCM, GPO)
Work with internal IT and business teams to align infrastructure with business and non-functional requirements
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
Handle and follow up on security incidents, including participation in the Incident Review Board
Draft and maintain technical and end-user documentation
Act as a liaison between first-level and third-level support teams
Provide backup support for service desk operations during absences
Offer VIP support when needed
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in IT infrastructure roles
Strong security awareness and mindset
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Windows in professional environments
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
SCCM package distribution and GPO management
General IT infrastructure components
Experience managing or supporting small teams is a plus
Strong documentation skills (in English)
Previous experience in similar IT roles is advantageous
