- Spearhead prospect development initiatives, directly contributing to the expansion of our customer portfolio.
- Lead marketing efforts, ensuring active participation in content marketing, exhibitions, and conferences to elevate our market presence.
- Manage day-to-day customer relationships, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication, site visits, and exemplary after-sales service.
- Oversee the negotiation of supply agreements, optimizing terms, volumes, and prices for mutual benefit.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, enabling strategic decision-making and proactive follow-up on results to achieve and exceed targets.
- Be at the forefront of market intelligence, identifying new entrants, market trends, and technological advancements.
- Engage with customers to gather insights into application requirements and stay ahead of the curve in terms of technical challenges and unmet needs.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in science or engineering, ie chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of techno commercial experience with a track record of growth in the sale of fuel cells, fibre, membranes, electrolytes etc
- Knowledge or understanding of electrocatalysis, fuel cell/electrolyser components, catalyst coating, electrochemical testing, etc would be a plus.
- Experience in Chemical, Automotive or Energy Industry for B2B sales would be preferred.
- Experience developing and growing new customers, new markets or new geographies.
- Ability to resolve technical complaints both technically and commercially.
- Self-organized team member, balancing independent work with proactive initiative.
- Possesses a creative mindset for effective problem-solving.
- Adopts a structured work approach and maintains meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
