Order Manager - Chemical industry

• Managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order entry to shipment and delivery.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders, including verifying pricing, quantities, and customer details.
• Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and inventory management to fulfil orders efficiently.
• Resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies, such as inventory shortages or shipping delays.
• Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or concerns.
• Monitoring and analyzing order trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communications.
• Implementing and enforcing order management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• You're known for your vibrant personality and attention to detail.
• Having experience in Customer Service/Sales would be a big plus.
• Being comfortable with ERP systems (especially SAP).
• You're fluent in Dutch and French with a good level of English.
• You're also great with numbers and have a knack for double-checking things, like calculating and verifying bonuses.
• You're proactive, hands-on, and always ready to find solutions.
