What are we looking for?As an Auction Specialist at our European HQ (in Tienen, BE), your primary focus will be the management, follow-up, and technical execution of the auctions with the goal of maximizing the volume of cars sold.What will you do?As a key member of the Auction team, you will:
  • Select vehicles and put them into auction
  • Determine vehicle prices using market data and pricing tools
  • Monitor auction activity and follow up on bids
  • Conduct risk analysis on bids, cancelled vehicles, potential customers and cars in stock
  • Deliver high-quality service to your customer across designated countries
  • Apply best practices and standardized workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency
RequirementsWho Are You?
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience
  • You have experience in the automotive industry or related service companies
  • You are passionate about cars and stay informed on market trends and models
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset
  • You have a commercial spirit and enjoy regular contact with sellers via phone and email
  • You are flexible, resilient under pressure and skilled at managing priorities
  • You are process-oriented and continuously seek efficiency improvements
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
