Oversee and subcontract preventive maintenance for refrigeration, HVAC, air/water treatment, compressed air, and electrical systems.
Manage technical stock and provide cost-saving design advice.
Define requirements for new and modified installations.
Supervise and verify subcontracted maintenance work.
Collaborate with site managers on maintenance planning and priorities.
Train teams on system usage and updates.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues or coordinate manufacturer interventions.
Advise management on technical investments and ensure proper execution.
Standardize technical installations and introduce new technologies.

minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, particularly in HVAC and refrigeration.
Hands-on, problem-solving, and innovation-driven approach.
Ability to define and implement technical solutions efficiently.
Autonomous and proactive in acquiring expertise.
Fluent in French or Dutch, with at least B2 proficiency in the other; English is a plus.
Category B driving license required for site visits.
Team management experience is an asset.
