With the dedicated support of approximately 1.200 workers, we take pride in producing a variety of products, including Kinder Schokobons, Raffaello, and Kinder Surprise.The Maintenance Shift Manager, reporting directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager, will oversee and coordinate the mechanical and electrical maintenance teams. This role ensures that maintenance services meet quality standards and objectives related to safety, productivity, hygiene, quality, and HACCP compliance.

- Guarantees that all regulatory and company safety standards and requirements, including necessary training activities, are respected and effective. Supports the development of local procedures/ work instructions.
- Communicates regularly on safety, including safety rules, work instructions and procedures, and learnings from incidents. Conducts safety inspections, dialogues and encourages the reporting of Near misses, Unsafe Acts - Conditions
- Ensures the implementation of all actions aimed at guaranteeing the Food Safety & Quality of the products and the production processes for managed perimeter in accordance with Quality Procedures and Guidelines
- Assist in hiring and resource allocation
- Fosters the work force motivation through listening to work force needs
- Is responsible for the people and organizational development and know how transfer/ handover
- Delivers training on specific topic related to Maintenance field
- Assist in evaluating and updating maintenance procedures.
- Maintain and update machinery manuals and compliance records.
- Help plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance tasks, prioritize requests, and ensure safety compliance.
- Track maintenance practices and analyze breakdowns.
- Manage material codes and ensure the availability of spare parts.
- Define specifications and evaluate supplier quotes.
- Contribution to budget management: monitor spare parts usage and coordinate with suppliers and technical referents
- Support the evaluation and reporting of equipment changes.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Master's degree in engineering
- Around 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in FMGC industry represents a strong asset
- Proven ability to effectively manage people in different multi-cultural environments
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest for international mobility is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency with SAP modules is a plus
- Fluency in French and English
- Any other language represents a plus
